The Challenge

Dr. Salman’s 6-physician family medicine clinic in DHA Karachi saw nearly 200 walk-ins a day. Front-desk staff spent the first 8–10 minutes of every visit transcribing patient history, vitals, and consent into the EHR — pulling clinicians into the queue and pushing the last appointments past 9pm.

Our Solution

We deployed AuraSync’s Patient Intake Automation as the new front door. Patients arriving for an appointment received a smart triage form on the clinic tablet — adaptive questions based on chief complaint, automatic blood pressure ingestion from the connected cuff, and auto-translation between English and Urdu. By the time the patient sat down with the doctor, a structured intake summary was already in their chart with a draft assessment.

The Result

14 hours saved / week per clinician. Beyond the headline metric, the deployment translated into compounding gains across patient throughput, clinician satisfaction, and downstream workflow accuracy.
